Very good. Perfect it and you can be the lead animation expert of Dreams Inc. =D

However, I believe if you zoomed in on each individual sprite and cropped at very close range, you can get rid of the square all together. Then, save it as a transparency and you won't have to crop ever again. =D

Alright, I have just a question for what software you use. I think I can help you eliminate the square altogether. Here is what you do...

Well, for GIMP, it is the select continous regions tool. You then right click inside of the total sprite sheet you have, but not on any sprite. You then go to select ---> Invert. After that, press ctrl + x and open a new document. Then, set the background as a transparency and click ok.

Now that you have the background a sa transparent, press ctrl + v and the cropped sprites should come up. Ta-da! Easily cropped sprites. Save it as a png and you're all set. =D Now you cen set them on any background and you won't have to worry about a white square.

I believe photoshop is the same way. If you have any other software, I am sorry, but I don't know.
