there is such a list...Kyo from fruits basket is pretty amazing as well as Edward Elric (FMA), Sasuke (naruto), Naruto (haha obvious, naruto), CLOUD!!! (if video game characters count), and I had the biggest crush on Lee in Card Captors when i was little xD.
