Misty's sick now. She only eats a little bit and she's extremely thin. :( Hopefully she'll be taken to the vet sometime early this week (after an appointment is made tomorrow) and it will be something easily cured.
Her name was already Misty when my aunt & grandfather adopted her for my grandma. So whether her name came from Pokemon or not, I don't know. Just answering that question before it pops up.

Here's a picture of her...

She's being taken to the vet right now. My aunt and brother left about 20 minutes ago.

Cancer... tumors... some type of leukemia... she has about 4 months to live.... :(
She's going to have some kind of medicine... hopefully it will help and make her live a lot longer than 4 months... but I doubt it.
Why are all the cats dying?!

<div class='quotetop'>(Poop!!!;15500)</div><div class='quotemain'>My old cat barfed on everything and was eventually found dead in the living room one night. Scary!</div>

Yep, that's scary. More than scary though... that fucking sucks. :(

Two of the other three cats (third one has all his shots) are being taken to the vet today for tests. It's to make sure the leukemia isn't viral and that they don't have it too. Luckily, they seem fine, so hopefully the vet won't find anything wrong with them... and they'll get their shots so they don't get leukemia too.

Well, the other three cats are just fine. There's nothing wrong with them at all. It's just Misty that will probably die sometime in the next few months... though I guess there's always a chance that she could recover... but miracles don't happen often.

I don't think Misty has too much longer left. She's getting worse. She might die sometime in these next few days. :(

Well, Cat Heaven is better than Suffering Earth right? I'm sorry to hear this news. Fox, maybe there will be a miracle. It's almost Christmas. When I was deep downtown after a buckethead concert that got out at 2:00AM, the buses were not running. I was to freeze to death walking home, if I didn't get murdered or anything. I had no money to call a cab. After walking for about 5-10 minutes I find a 10 dollar bill. It saved my life so to speak. I got a cab ride home. Really lucky coincidence? You decide.

For all those who pray and believe in God: Please include fox's cat in your prayers.

Thanks. and yeah, I guess it's better if she dies, rather than suffer for a long time. She's dying right now...

Yeah, I'm hoping what is best for the cat happens to the cat. If it's suffering and there's no cure, it'd be best for it to die. If it can get better , it's better for it to live. I don't know the situation , but...well.yeah.

Sorry for your loss, Ray, I know what it's like to lose an animal. She was a cute little kitten, though.

Yeah, we had them tested the day after we found out about this. One didnt need testing cause he had updated shots already... and the other two were okay and received their shots that day. Hopefully Misty didn't have anything viral in the first place.
And in other cat news... my dad's cat (that stays at my other grandma's house) had 5 kittens either yesterday or Friday night. Two died and three survived.
