i always like to build all my defenses and unit-making buildings in the oppenent's base :D

then set up tanks, blow away a building and retreat, they'll follow ur tanks right back into ur bunkers and get lit up like a candle.

after that, empty ur bunkers, bring ur tanks back in, and anihalate their rmaining crap.

ah the feling of mop-up with tanks. :dancing::dancing::dancing:

i'd actually place unit-building structures just OUTSIDE their base....

i mean, its not like they will retaliate if you start building a barracks right next to their hatchery or anything.

no, i mean outside their vision dude, i just meant INSIDE their walls or cliff or w/e the map has, so when they go build defenses at the entrance, it's not blocking my assault, ill try to find a way to link some of my saved ownage replays.
-most of which are on my friends.

You can now attach starcraft replay files to any post on the forums ;)

That's excellent news. Though we are still not quite sure how to do it. Would you mind explaining how for all of us?

Your comment was kinda off topic. (It was also just to get your post count up... but, then again, so is this post.)

Yeah, like many strategies, there is a huge risk involved if your opponent doesn't behave ideally.

i guess base in base failure wouldnt neccessarily mean a lost game for terrans...barracks can fly over impassable terrain when attacked and bunkers can take out 100s of zerglings(literally) without blowing up.

I think that kind of strategy is for newbs, because its all about taking out the enemy as quick you can. And where is the fun about that?

im saying some ppl are devestating with all thier tech, while others can hurt you with any tech. i.e. a zergling swarm can be used effectively at any point in the game if used right.

6 siege thanks who are deployed would have crushed them easily...
