Closing this forum area.

I'm thinking SINCE we have the blogs installed now. That we can shut this area of the forums.

So if you want to show off your gfx, want to write poems etc.. etc.. we can use our blogs for that here.. and people can comment on it too.

What do you all think?

I'm also looking at converting ALL the current posts in this forum (writing, gfx) so any posts/threads you've already made here can be put into your blog and it won't be so empty.

Your posting here in this forum... the only difference is your making the same post you'd make right here.. just on a different page...

well, in blog, we can easily sort everything by categories. and that'll be a good thing to give our blogs a boost at this beginning! keep this forum section hidden and we'll make it visible again if the crowd wants it! hehe

I dunno, Im not to keen about the idea.
Blogs are to write down personal things, kinda like a diary imo.

GFX things should stay in the GX Area, otherwise no one is gonna notice them and show off their latest work.

That;s sort of the point.. if people show gfx etc.. on their blogs it will be used for a reason... or have a reason to be used...

The way I see it.. is if your willing to make your OWN thread with ur GFX made.. or writing etc.. how is that different than posting it in a blog?

The only reason I thought of this idea.. was because things become more organized this way, so we don't need a forum for creation and the blogs come to use.

Well but look at it this way, if there is a new member and he is interested in GFX things, would he have a look and search for GFX related things in blog entries? I doubt it.

I understand that things should become more organized but putting the GFX things in the blogs would be the wrong way imo.

Okay, I've decided to keep this forum open for all GFX related stuff.

Users are encouraged to add them in their blogs as well, but the forum will be here still.
