Can the Xbox 360 Core System play Xbox games without a hard drive? I heard it couldn't...
I'm tempted to try to get it on Amazon for $100, but I know there won't be many at all and they'll sell out really fast, so I don't think I'll give in. Maybe I'll get one when the price drops. I don't really need any games right now anyway.

Yeah,I can't get that credit card set up so ill probly just do the same as you fox.Besides have you seen the price's dropping already.

I got it on launch day.
But the Old game playback is better on the 360 than the PS3.
Also the Wii's virtual console is great, it is pretty funny when people get Linux on the Wii and then puts emulators on it.

Why would you want emulators on the Wii though?
Anyway, I saw some ad, a store near me was selling the premium pack for 300$ and the core pack for 200$. I was stunned and nearly said "*** PS3", but I know I'll regret that later, so im just going to hold out. Get a PS3 first, whenever that may be, then from there either get a Wii or 360. Whatever looks more appealing. Right now im leaning more toward 360.

I wanna get the Wii first then mayb when the price drops for PS3 (it wont for ages i know) but ill get a ps3 then and i dont think ill get a xbox 360 100% sure
