Personally, I don't enjoy sleeping while I am travelling. I will always stay awake and focus on what is happening while I travel instead of sleeping off. What about you?
I like to sleep when I am travelling. I have noticed that I feel better when I reach my destination if I sleep on the trip, unlike when I don't sleep at all.
Once the means of transportation is suitable for me to sleep through once I'm on the journey, I will definitely sleep and wake up when I'm feeling better. I sleep through most of my flight.
Sleep is not what I can stop whenever it is there and my body needs it. Whenever I'm on a trip and my body wants me to sleep, I will give in immediately without wasting time.
