I saw on youtube the other day a compilation of PIMPEST Starcraft matches from Koreea. There was this one dude who had 3 marines against a lurker, and he kept making the marines strafe to avoid the lurker's spines. Now THAT's fast clicking if I ever saw it.
hehe... so you like to fight people who cant fight back huh?
I consider all those units 'support units', because they all have major weaknesses. ie you cant rush with any of those units.
Buts its amazing launching an attack with these 'out of range' units when the enemy has no mobile units at their base. You just sit there blowing buildings up
It's not that I always use the same "Can't-Touch-This" strategy. I just love to make them feel helpless and struggle to create a response to masses of long range siege.
the most entertaining thing i found about starcraft was SCVs 'fixing' enemy units....and drones with their range attack. i remember betting my brother that it spits acid(he thought it clawed pps) around 6 years ago.
That is actually a very good idea... I wonder why this isn't used more commonly?... There must be some huge drawback we are missing. Maybe because by the time you reach the enemy base they will have produced several more workers? Or because eventually you will consume more minerals than you are gathering? Or could the repair just not be fast enough to counter the damage sustained?
i once saw a terran player beat 6 zerglings with a marine and 2 medics....and once saw a vulture kill an unlimited amount of zerglings....pure talent koreans-.-
