Forum Upgraded + Need Skin

Alrighty guys, upgraded the forum, so new things might be added and bug should be fixed. If you notice anything that's messed up, let me or Fox know asap.

Also, we need to get a new skin.. either a custom made one or we need to choose something. So we will need all members input for it.

custom skin = someone has to make it..

otherwise as for a pro skin, I've allowed the staff to vote.. but so far have gotten no 100% confirmation on 1 skin yet..

Also wanted to add a new note.

In order to change your username now, you can request it via USERCP-->UserName Request.

This will send a request to the admins, and they can accept ot deny the change. No need to PM/bug admins or post/shoutbox for username changes now

Hack no longer is installed, the created closed it, because it can be used to hack your forum. So we've taken it off now...
