This game is kick butt. If you love shootin games get this one. It's only for xbox 360 though. But it is an awsome game.

It's a great game, I've heard. It's just the constant hype and comparisons between remotely-similar games to GoW and GoW itself (much like the "GTA trend"), it really gets annoying after a while. Damnit, I just wanna read about Crackdown! Not how it's better than GTA . . . oh sh*t, that's good!
I haven;t played it myself, since I only have a xbox. If I get a 360, I'll be getting it for sure. I hear many good things about it.

kind of. The only thing is that multiplayer on one xbox you can only have 2 people. System link and xbox live you can get up to 8 though. Gears of War if you pay close attention to it you can probably see alot of similarities in the way the game has been made and everything else.

my bro's beat all but act 4 on insane (hasn't beat act 4 because my cat ran into the 360 and put a ring on the disc). I've only beaten acts 1-3 on easy.
Personally I'd skip GoW and save up for Unreal Tournament 3. UT3 is the answer to all your problems.

When me and Yoh first started we played co-op and started on the last mission. It was somebody else's Xbox. We died. A lot. We didn't know what to do.
we had gotten through some of the city after you exit the caverns places past the darkened part too. And after the forest. it's all coming to me as I type. lol
I couldn't really say exactly where Im at right now cause it's kind of hard to explain it in detail. seeing the trailer many time though I think we're about at the spot where you have to verse that massive monster who burst through the trees. Cause I had just picked up one of those satalite type weapons that had a heat line come down from the sky. That thing. I picked it up on the second story of the building in a place that looked covered in moss and grass.

I played this game once and it was the only game my little cousin completely pwnd me at XD. That's cause he'd been playing almost 24/7 for two weeks, he felt so proud til I brought out Tenkiechi and reminded him who pwns who.
ha ha. Gears of War is a kind of game to where you dont have to play much. At the party me and Yoh was at someone there who had never played Gears of War in their life pwnd everybody. He never lost. And then we put in Call of Duty and he lost....alot.
that was a fun day... and yea... gears of war is a lot different then call of duty. Thats still doesn't change the fact that it kicks ass though. I remember playing for 6 hours straight before going home after that party stickman : ) We pwned by the end.

UI think the Campainge ( sp, ROLF!) ended too soon though, I was sad.
Could have use a liiiiiiiiiitttttle more story in the Cam. but still, load of fun.

Anybody beat GOW on insane yet? And if you did did you play the whole thing by yourself or with a friend on co-op. I played through the entire campaign on insane but once i got to raam i had a friend help because Dom kept getting killed, and getting in my way. It really helped to have someone that wasnt retarded AI.
