GP slow?

is it just me.. or does GP take a bit of time to load when you click on threads.. like for the whole images HP.MP and awards etc.. in the posts..

my PC always slows down.. and its annoying! Im wondering if it happens to others.. jsut this lag...

yeah i noticed that a lot.. I think its cuz of all the avatar/sigs/hpmpexp/vbplaze etc.. stuff.. too many images to load, or it could be just the skin... hmmm

ya it's slower, but there lot of stuff to load, like all the little gifts some people have, and the type of skin you have, i know the snow effect on the light and dark skin slows it down, it all adds up, maybe we need to take a look at somethings we don't need on the forum? (arcade, hp/mp thing)

Well some people have Huge sigs... becuase they don't know how to use spoiler tags... or refuse to use them. Lately i have been seeing a lot of huge sigs and they are what take the longest to load on my computer. So i am thinking maybe we should be more active in enforcing the sig limit rules( if there still are any T_T ), and spolier tags.

im thinking about getting rid of something.. either the hp/mp/exp, since it looks like people don't care about it.. or mabye the gifts.. and placed a link for gifts, but not the images for gifts...

also for sigs, I think on the upgrade there will be a size limit.. if its bigger they will get a warning.. unless there is a hack to limit the image size.

what about the points? do we need that showing with everone's post? can there be a option to click at the top menu to check it that way?

Points as in the text? if so... text loads much faster and won't make a difference on the loading time. I'm thinking we "might" keep the H{/MP hack but mabye take out the images.. and only allow it to show the text part.. then again who knows.. I haven't decided till the upgrade is done.. that's when I'll get to see what needs 2 go up and what doesnt.
