this tells how the RIAA gets all its money. and its really quite surprising.

summary: it gets money from 2 of the most important things you need to bootleg music. Blank CDs and Cd Recorders/burners.

another interesting detail: the RIAA is supposed to pay 40 percent of the profits from the CDs and recorders to the artists, but they dont get shit.

so basically, what theyre doing is suing people that are actually helping them. if that makes any sense.
