Lifespan

Jing

The King Of Bandits
A hug can say a lot to one
Can show a person of the fun
To see the happy look they wear
Every time you gladly share

A grimace of their happy looks
Found in everywhere but books
Seeing smiles constantly
Has taken all of none from me

You love the ones your with and yet
You cannot seem to even bet
That nothing you could do would change
Regardless of their distant range.

...And then...they're gone...

You find yourself with pain again
You feel as though your thoughts are sin
Your mind is saying something loud
You cannot hear beyond the shroud

You feel their blood is on your hand
As though you should have took a stand
Their pass is all you'll ever know
Yet all this goes with none to show

Your crying from their distance now
Knowing they are gone somehow
It all just seems so hopeless here
How could any bring you cheer.

Awww, so sad. I fear so much to feel like in your poem. It's what I most fear. I hope I never feel that way.

It was was Perfect in it's sadness.

"Your crying from their distance now
Knowing they are gone somehow
It all just seems so hopeless here
How could any bring you cheer."

Saddest, most beautiful lines.
