The battle of the sexes. Is there a dominant sex? Is one gender superior to the other? Or are we completely equal?

Men = physical advantage over women.

Yes, women can train and reach the physical standard and easily surpass the physical standard of the standard male.

If a man and woman do the same exact diet/exercise/workout regimen for the same exact amount of time, however, the man's strength by default will be greater, in terms of raw power, than the woman's.

It's not weakness, it's just anatomy.

I'm sure there are areas where women far exceed the standards of men.

Strength, however, is not one of them.

Now, if you define dominance and superiority as being able to crush the living shit out of whatever is in comparison, then yes, the male sex has a slight lead.

However, as one cannot define such loose terms with such set-in-stone traits, the question is thereby broken down to a matter of simple morals, perspectives and opinions.

As with God vs No God, welcome to another endless debate.

I'm going to have to agree with Chris on this one about a few things.

I think they're equal in the sense that men aren't better forms of existance than women are (and vice versa). There are some obvious physical differences, but Chris covered this.
