<div class='quotetop'></div><div class='quotemain'>(10-06) 04:00 PDT Washington -- A Pentagon project to modify its deadliest nuclear missile for use as a conventional weapon against targets such as North Korea and Iran could unwittingly spark an atomic war, two weapons experts warned Thursday.</div>

It's a non-nuclear ICBM (intercontinental ballistic missile) that fires from a nuclear submarine. Some experts fear that Russia could mistake the launch of one of these missiles as a nuclear attack against them. (because they're fired from nuclear subs) I thought the Cold War was over? :weird:

<span style="color:DarkOrchid">Russia's military is actually one of the least powerful today, mainly due to their economy being so low... Even if we do make them suspicious or even hostile, we got nothing to worry about.</span>
