Its not worth to get it if you have a PSP 2000 I guess. But I still have the very first one.

PSP-3000 Sells Big in Japan

TOKYO -- Sony's new PSP-3000 model is certainly off to a good start in Japan, with first-week sales of 141,270 units.

The figure was released by Enterbrain, and even more impressive is that the number only covers four days of sales. The two previous weeks saw PSP sales hover in the 20,000 range.

Despite the release of the updated model -- the PSP-3000 includes a brighter LCD screen and built-in microphone -- older models still managed to move 14,450 units.

Total sales of the PSP in Japan are now at 10,357,481.

Not much of a difference in features. It would be better, if they spent they're time on a newer system rather than re-tweaking current ones. So far their systems have been fairly good.
