Reputation?

You give people points for doing good things and making good posts. You can also take points away when someone does something bad.
(So far, the points wouldn't really mean anything, but I think we could give them some meaning. Or we don't have to. We could just do it for fun.)

Should we try the reputation system?

I don't see many places use it because people rate people they "like" rather than for work....

Yeah, that's what I was thinking. Then if someone spams, you can take reputation away. Post count and reputation would just be equally pointless, I guess.
So should we try it? More opinions...
