Soldiers Stand

[Geer]

You are in a squad of specially trained army soldiers. While you were doing a mission you were trapped in a building with a VIP. You need to protect him at all costs and eleminate the enemy with extreme predgudice. You called in for extraction but they are having problems of their own. The building is surrounded by other houses. They are about all the same hieght. There are plenty of ally ways for the enemy to hide in and attack from. Whatch out for vehicles. Like TANKS!!!

This RP can only have up to five people. Four for the squad and one for the VIP. The VIP is one of the generals of the army who is greatly needed on an assignment. There is a squad leader, a sniper, a demolitionist, and a regular soldier.

Oh. BTW. It is taking place in present time. The terrain is a town with sandy roads and brick buildings with flat tops.

Bio: Born in Japan (Obviously) Ryuzaki is a smart one. Not the smartest in his class but one of the smartest. He joined the army in 2000 and has been working his way up to the top.

bio: Luca is a among the top American soldiers in the US army. Having more special ops mission under his belt then a 20 year old. His progress impressed his superiors, leading them to suggest him for the squad. This was his first mission out with his new comrades, and already they were in a tight situation. He knew that it would be tough to make an impression on his teammates, and probably nearly impossible to make one on the squad leader. His only focus is completing his objective, even if it means he must sacrifice his life. He is loyal to the squad, and nothing could change that.

Well I guess we can start now that we have enough. No more people.

Everybody is wearing desert camo.

Ryuzaki woke to the sound of distant gun firing and explosions. He looked up and saw that it was dark out. The moon shown brightly though. It was cloudy with no signs of stars in the sky at all. He slowely walked to the window and peeked around the edge. He saw nothing move. He walked back over to the wall and grabbed his helmet and gun. He walks down the stairs and looked around the edge of the door frame. He saw only one of the squad members on lookout. He walked over to him. "I'll take over now. It's my turn." He places his hand on his shoulder. The squad member walks up the stairs and goes to sleep. Ryuzaki mounts the 50 cal. He sighs.

 

[E.V.]

Alex woke up and sees Ryuzaki standing on lootout. "Hey, Ryu, when do we get out of here?" Alex rubbed his eyes a bit and checked his guns. An assualt rifle for close work and a rocket launcher lay at his feet. The ammo counter read full on both, and he had about 6 remaining clips for the rifle and 5 rockets. He had, however, about 20 grenades and explosives.

 

[Geer]

"Well if everything happens on time then we should be out of here a few days ago. But as we all can tell that something happened. And the fact we lost radio transmission a day ago makes all the situation worse." He looks at the closed door as if expecting someone the burst in and shoot them all. "For now I would have to say that we still have a few days. Two at most. But then again something could happen and prolong that arrival."

 

[E.V.]

"Two? If we're in here longer than that, we probably won't manage to survive unless we can find lots of ammo. If we have to do some fighting, we can run out pretty fast. With only 6 clips left for my rifle, I can only last for about an hour or two of non stop shooting."

 

[Geer]

"That's also something I haven't forgotten. We need to save as much ammo as possible. This 50 Cal. at least has plenty of rounds for at least 8 hours. I have an idea but it might be too risky. Which I also have thought of an alternative to that idea." Ryuzaki said. "I need you to check out the window and tell me if anyone is coming."

 

[E.V.]

Alex walks over to the window. "I don't think anyones comign, but there are some people with guns outside."

 

[Geer]

Ryuzaki got up quickly and quietly and walked over to the window. He peered out of it. "You're right." He grabs a pair of Nightvision goggles and looks through them. "Well they are definatly our enemy but Im sure that they don't know that we're here." He hands the goggles over to Alex. "Take a look." Ryuzaki crouches just enough to keep his head above the bottom of the window. "Does it look like there could be more than the three out there. I mean in hiding or anywhere else around the building?"

 

[E.V.]

"hm.....no....wait. I see something." Alex saw the barrel of a gun sticking out from behind a pillar. "I have an idea. I think you should wake the others." Alex walked toward Mizu's sniper rifle. "We may have to start running." Alex slowly eased the window up and stuck the barrel of the sniper rifle out. "I wish I had better aim with this. By the way, hold this." He handed Ryuzaki a grenade.

 

[Geer]

Ryuzaki took the grenade and went to wake the other up.

[Jing]

Luca had been leaning against the wall on the bottom floor, next to the front door. He was following orders. He had been assigned to watch the front door, though the way things seemed, no one would be coming. He sat quietly around the corner, keeping his gun pointed towards the door and waiting for anything that might happen. He knew that all three of the others were upstairs, and if anything did happen it would just be him on this floor. While the thought scared him a little, he let out a deep sigh. Had he really been what this squad needed? After all, he was not even 20 years old yet. A small click startled him, causing him to focus on the door even more. He suddenly got a deep sick feeling, a feeling that told him something was about to happen. So with his rifle trained on the door, and the rest of his body barely being exposed for the wall he was behind, he waited.

 

[E.V.]

"Sighting....good. Hand me the grenade." He took the grenade from Ryuzaki and pulled the pin. He threw it into the group below, then fired the sniper. The people below looked for the shot, only to be met with the grenades explosion. Chunks of flesh flew a foot or two in the air and the floor was burned and bloody. "Wake Mizu, we have to get out of here before more enemies come. A grenade exploding would definitly be a call for reenforcments." He ran down the stairs to meet Luca. "Grab your gear." He heard some running about 700 yards away outside the door.

 

[Geer]

"TOO LATE!! There was more than we thought!" Ryuzaki yelled from the top floor. By this time Mizu was awake and moving. Ryuzaki removed his eyes from the goggles and ran downstairs. "THERE IS AT LEAST 15 MORE OUT THERE!! WE HAVE TO KILL THEM BEFORE THEY DO ANYTHING THAT COULD SCREW US OVER!!" Ryuzaki ran to the 50 Cal. "They know that we're in here so be prepared and watch out for any grenades coming through the windows."
He loaded the 50 Cal. and mounted it. "Come on you bastards." He said to himself. The intensity of the moment had him sweaty. He could barely see with the sweat dripping from his hair over his eyes. "Damn. Even at night it's hotter than hell."

 

[E.V.]

"15?! Kuja! Get up there!" He pushed Kuja up the stairs and looked in his bag. Hmm......I got some C-4.....great for a little fireworks. He layed some C-4 at the base of the stairs and put in a fuse thing(forgot the word). He then ran up the stairs. "When they come in, I'll make some smoke, we should get out of here without wasting too much ammo. I suggest you use silencers if you can. The smoke should be able to hide us in time to kill the enemies and escape." Alex heard the door open. He pushed the button in his hand and the base of the stairs collapsed. He attached a silencer to his rifle and started down what was left of the stairs.

 

[Geer]

((Where did you get Kuja from? And I hope you plan on having something happen in this RP to prevent us from escaping just yet because the point is to last until the extraction comes.))

"Be careful Alex. They might know that it was a plan." Ryuzaki loads his gun with a new clip of ammo.

Mizu awakened to the sounds of explosions and his fellow teammates screaming his name.... Mizu was obviously the laziest member of the team but was still a good teammate to have in a desperate situation.... being one of the top snipers in the U.S. army, it was said he could drop a humming bird in flight....

He grumbled to himself and said..."Mmmm.. Why did you wake me? I was having such a nice dream.... I was in a corndog outfit and was dancing with a pile of daisies and watermelon jolly ranchers...."
