There's something off about the text though. Maybe it should have been a little brighter. It's just a minor thing though.

Yeah I could have done better on the text, I wanted to make it shiny like the number 2 but I couldnt I dont know how. and Thanks!

Cool Tommy! What's the name of the program you're using to make signatures? The reason I ask is because I can get you some tutorials that will help you learn to make really nice backgrounds, and other effects too. As for the signature, like Ray said, the text needs to be brighter, but it's okay since you don't know that. The white line would look better if it was right in the middle of the signature, evenly positioned, especially with the theme you're going with; however it wouldn't look bad if you got rid of the white line completely. Not bad at all, but like I said, tell me the program you're using and I'll link you to some really helpful tutorials. =)
