Sprites (Here since no one reads it in the Lounge)

I only re-posted this thread because no one is looking at it and i need major help!

Ok, so i have a bunch of riku sprite sheets and i wanna make an animation...can anyone tell me how i do that?

I messed around with a couple of their programs and they worked pretty well. If you want to make a high quality one you have to pay a lot of attention to detail.
