Well i would say a kick in the balls is the worst instant and quick pain ever makes you want to puke and roll over and well cry .

What are your most hurtful pains.

Twisted ankle, worse than breaking bones even.

Also my balls being grabbed and inducing pressure >.<

Aside from a kick in the balls, I really hate paper cuts. They're small but for some stupid reason they hurt quite a bit. x_X

Hmm . . . . When someone who is a lot stronger than you punches you right beneath the sternum . . . you lose all breathe, can't breathe, AND the pain of being hit where there is no bone.

The worst pain I ever felt was worse than being hit in the balls, was pulling a rock out of a scrape I had one time, hurt like a son of a *****.
