Dragonball-Z would probably be second, though I very rarely watch it anymore.

Fullmetal Alchemist is just about the only anime I watch anymore. As for the old school ones: Zoids: Chaotic Century, Rurouni Kenshin, and Outlaw Star.

Probably Cowboy Bebop and Outlaw Star. Although Thats a hard decision. Definatley Cowboy Bebop though.
