WV is having big troubles so far this year. It started with the coal mine disaster, then they had more troubles with coal mines, and now there was a disaster at a power plant!

Yeah, we have some pretty fucked up stuff going on now. Instead of fixing the roads, making the mines safer, or fixing up the old power plants, they have to spend like $13 billion dollars to re-cover the fucking gold dome of the capitol building with 24K gold. :|
