Actually, the context makes me think it means masturbation. Especially consider the fact that I found it on LUE. :haha:

Often the skin peels on mine, and sometimes this one vein on top turns black and the head is a darker shade of purple. Am I going to lose my dong?

I dunno about the ToS over there(or really anywhere for that matter, I never read them) but they could just be saying that instead of using asterisks to censor words?
