Who's Reading Your Cell's Text Messages?

He signed up for a Verizon text messaging service at vtext.com with the username "null". Ever since, he's been getting tons of spam, and messages to invalid addresses end up being sent to him.

yeah thats why I disabled mines..... too much crap comes in once someone knows your cell number.

But anyway I have T Mobile.It allows me to be private to anyone I want...But the 411 service does make your cell vororable to Spam messages.

Anyway, I've got T-mobile too. I must lucky because I rarely get spam. Probably less than 10 spam messages in the past few years since I got it.

i have verizon. i never have any problems with it. i only had one spam message in the 2 years i had it.

T mobile rocks.... You never get spam except for your random crap messages...

I think it's completely wrong for companies to charge for incoming messages. You don't have complete control over how many messages are sent to you unless you deactivate your text messaging completely. All incoming messages should be free and not count toward your message count.

I think the Sent messages only count.You get messages and you get charged for it untill 9 PM or longer?IT IS ALL BULLSHIT!!!
