Yeah. There is a tiebreaker, between the two, and the one with the most votes goes through.

And if by some small chance there is a tie after the 12 hours in the tiebreaker, a single sudden death vote would determine who moves on and who is eliminated.

We only had that happen once though, and it was in the first or second round when it was between Sarah Michelle Gellar and Jessica Alba I believe.
