Anime is actually the word Japanese use for Cartoon so technically he is correct.

mmmm tht could be true since ichigo has a kickass bankai n naruto has really jus the demon fox but ichigo has his hollow form still he can use to annilhate everyone.

I would only say tht Rock Lee unleash n at full strenght might give Icihgo some trouble
