Did you adapt to playing with mouse and keyboard fast?

I have heard from a few people who are more into playing video games on consoles that they usually struggle with playing with keyboard and mouse when they start playing on PC. Did you face such a challenge? How fast was it for you to adapt to playing on PC?

I have on many occasions tried to adapt to keyboard and mouse on games such as Fortnite, Apex, and even Call of Duty but with anything like those kinds of games, I always struggle with keyboard and mouse and I have in the end gone back to the controller and stayed with the controller. Games such as The Sims, Powerwash Simulator, House Flipper, and similar games that I am fine using a keyboard and mouse though.

It is not always easy adapting to playing games with mouse and keyboard, but I work towards doing so because that is one way that you get to enjoy playing games on the PC.
