There's no rating for it as far as i know, but there is nudity and partial sexual humor..and then there's alot of people getting sliced in half, blood, guts, brain =D
Umm...i guess it's something not for kids really, but i saw it, and i loved it! Not for the nudity or anything, but it just had something to it that made it really good ^^ If your uncomftorable with a series like this, then don't whatch it.
