Nah, HIM are like a one-of-a-kind band. A bit like Nightwish kinda, but male lead singer.

Hmm. . .kay. I'll put it to you this way then. Lyrically HIM are a lot like Nightwish, Linkin Park, Evanescence are, those kind of lyrics, but sound is not as heavy at all, and the lead singer is just amazing. Great voice.

I love all 4 of those bands I just named. I don't love Linkin Park, but I do like them. But I live Evanescence, Nightwish, and HIM. I got random taste in music though.

Linkin Park is gay because they can't use any 'new' music. Evanescense because they are an emo/gothic punk band, and those aren't a good mix.

Linkin Park does have a lotta stuff that sounds the same, yeah I know. But they got 2 or 3 really good songs that stand out from the rest. Evanescence is good for a buncha reasons, Amy Lee is hot too.
