It can't be illegal, Gimpy. It might be against the rules set by the host, but that doesn't make it illegal. And even then, I don't think a host would care unless pornographic pictures were posted/uploaded to the forum. And if someone called the FBI cause someone uploaded ordinary porn to a message board, then they'd just laugh and hang up. Not exactly that, but it would still be a joke to them and it would accomplish nothing.
Still... relax, Gimpy. I don't even plan to create any kind of porn board. I don't want this to be a porn forum. It was just a suggestion from a member. Sorry everyone, but if you want to look at porn, then send links to each other through IMs and e-mail. :weird:

Thanks and I hope that subject doesn't popup again... as for it being illegal... in the TOS of the host.. it states... no adult material is allowed. If they see it and can see it... they as in their TOS are allowed to delete your account, with all data erased... and you can't do anything about it. As you broke the legal document with the host.

You ALWAYS need to read TOS on host's... they always have info in there which we don't read about.
