There is actually quite a few. One of my forums I go to uses it as a pop-up, while another uses it in every single window. So, no matter where you go, it is at the top of that window. Even while posting.
I can see what they used for both of those if you want. =P
I'll check vb.org and see if they have something like that.... but as far as I know atm.. I haven't seen it..

Also Enigma... ROM section is sorta of a illegal.. depends really. If we are HOSTING the roms and emus.. then it's illegal.. but if we are linking that's fine I believe... But having a rom section is something the admins would all have to decide on...

Look, if you do host roms, yes it is illegal, but so is linking to a site that shows roms. You see, it shows that you support piracy. In turn, if you do get caught, you would be fined most likely. Also, they would do a well in-depth search for what else may be piracy. This includes post, links, etc.

Here's a new option: Expand the Arcade to hold like 100 + games, such as some websites. This would want more people to play the games, right? Well, you can set a minimum of 5 Referrals before you can play them. This will get people to attract others just to play the games. =D

i think that the battle bots need to be more diverse. So far there are onley 2 of them and no offense but it is starting to get boring
As for SV's posts.. we will be having over 100 arcade games up.
And for the RPG, if we go for 3.0.. then the current RPG will be erased and hopefully we will have ACTIVE RPG admins...

yeah, we'll have 2 work out a way for new RPG admins. I will also setup a test area for the RPG admins once we have the RPG 3.0. I also heard they have a starter pack there.. to get you started off.. so that makes things easier.
