A second fellow nonconformist has just been killed as well. heres the story for that one.

This is taking the whole atlanta punk scene by shock and surprise. His name was Daniel and he played drums for a local punk band called The Bitter End. Please go check out their myspace.

Police are searching for the driver of a red truck believed to have struck and killed a 21-year-old Marietta man early Saturday morning before fleeing the scene. The victim, David Alexander Overduijn of Marietta, was walking in the southbound lanes of Bells Ferry Road near Turner Road in Marietta when he was struck by a southbound truck at 1:30 a.m., according to Cpl. Dana Pierce of the Cobb Police Department. Witnesses report after the truck, described as a late '90s to early 2000 model red Nissan Frontier, hit the victim, it sped up and continued southbound on Bells Ferry Road, Pierce said. When the truck reached the intersection of Cobb Parkway, it turned left, running a red light and continued southbound on Cobb Parkway. Pierce said the truck would have damage to the passenger side front grill, headlight and turn signal. It will also be missing the antenna and outside mirror. Anyone with information that may assist investigators with this hit and run pedestrian fatality is asked to call (770) 499-3911 or (770) 499-3987.</div>
