GP: The Staff

I guess I've been doing a lot of criticizing lately, but that only because i love GP and don't wanna see it die! What am i criticizing today? The staff. Now don't get me wrong, we all love Nitz and Serenity and everybody, but of all people to come to GP, don't you think the actual staff should come the most?!?! Now it can slide for Nitz because his computer is messed up, but for everybody else, the people who actually started GP don't even care about it! I just think that our admins and RPG admins and our Mods should actually be on the site! I feel its just messed up. Just my thoughts.

I agree with you.. a lot of staff isn't here.. the only REAL staff member so far dedicated has been ONE person.. mabye slightly 2 staff members.. I myself have no HOME PC.. so it's tough for me to even get on... BUT.. some good news hopefully.. I am going to be talking to a support center and "hopefully" have my PC fixed tonight or by this weekend.

I'm hoping it gets fixed ASAP.. then we can work on improving GP... and I may re-evaluate staff members.

well my pc is fixed now... so.. down to business. I plan to fix up the staff roster... get a new skin up.. and mabye upgrade vbulletin to the next stage!

I apologize greatly...and I will be returning for a LONG ASS Time...ok that wasn't funny..but..I'm here....no more slacking off...no more nothing I dont care if I have to get on late after finishing my homework ect. LETS GET THIS PLACE BACK ON ITS FEET.

Dont take me wrong Serenity, I dont want to offend you, but its just disappointing to see where the rest of our staff went.
I just dont wanna see anymore of this "omg Im soo sorry I let GP down, but now Im coming back for suuuure"
As I said no offense to you, but I think the staff should take their job a bit more serious..as I always say the captain leaves the sinking ship last

Anyway I'm sure we can get things back on track!
I hope some more staff members get their butts back here!

Lol..no no...thats all done and im for real now.. I had a plan about this from the beginning...as for the other staff Ill try to talk to some of the ppl if i catch them on msn or even through email...we may just have to send a mass email.

well whenever I see any staff on msn.. I just let them know about GP. If any staff member is reading this... Basically.. contact serenity or me and let us know if your wanting to resign or continue. I will email all staff tomrw and from that we can see who we have on our team and if we need to addon/replace anyone.

i could name a few pl who would be great as staff for GP...For one thing, RPGirl is here everyday...same with iProd. THey're dedicated and will make great staff members

and you don't mention me?! I am appalled! Just Kidding, but I think having the staff more active could be good for the site. I mean, when a new member sees the site, what do you think they want to see in the active members list? A bunch of loser ranked people, or the staff? It's stupidly obvious that they want to see active staff!

I agree lol. well we will take things into consideration, It seems that Nitz and I are the only two admins now, so yes Jings out of the picture or so it seems. As far as staff goes, yes we do need more active staff. So do please ADD more input if possible. We like input lol.

Well I have no idea where all the others are and Im afraid I cant help much as I have nobody of them on my msn list =/

But lets hope we can get things on the right track again!Any plans what to do first?

i got an idea...well we all have to give our e-mail adress when we sign up...wat if Nitz mass mailed an important "please come back" e-mail to everybody? THat will be sure to bring them back!

yeah we are planning to do that.. but before we do, we have to fix this place up.. RPG/SKin etc.. before we get everyone to come back. Something that would have spiced things up, would have been a website.. but oh well...

Hmm..I'd have no problem with that...but I'm not sure if we want to wait a bit? Like Nitz said..we should maybe get this place back together and get a few new updates and skin...ect. and go from there...unless Nitz.. Would you mind if we were put on another forums affiliate list?
